As a Customer Success Manager (d/f/m) at vivenu, you will...

  • support our customers in first-level support as a product expert via email, chat, and calls to help them work more independently and efficiently
  • organize workshops for ticket sellers and potential customers and advise them on all features and benefits of the vivenu platform
  • collect customer feedback and use it to drive customer-oriented product and feature development together with our tech team
  • support the development of our customer experience team, organize onboarding for new colleagues, and conduct ongoing product training

 

We are looking for candidates who...

  • have successfully completed a degree, ideally with a focus on business administration, communication, or digitalization
  • possess strong customer orientation and digital affinity, as well as excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • have excellent language skills in German and English
  • ideally have initial experience in customer relations and SaaS customer success management
