Description

Are you a starting accountant who wants to work together with a team on various SME companies? You can do that with us!

This is your role:

As an Assistant Accountant RA, you will work for various clients in the larger SME sector. Today, you may work on an audit assignment, and tomorrow you may perform compilation tasks. You will work as an Assistant Accountant in a team with, among others, (Senior) Assistant Accountants. You will mainly do this at the client's premises. Guidance and support will be provided by the Supervisor.

This is your team:

Our team consists of approximately 5 colleagues. You work together, help each other, and learn from each other. What makes the team so enjoyable? Many like-minded colleagues who bring current knowledge through their studies, are a breath of fresh air, and dare to ask critical questions.

Our client portfolio is a reflection of the business world. Think, for example, of clients at national and international levels, family businesses, and private equity.

This is your workplace:

RSM Heerlen, the southernmost office of RSM, is located in a large and modern office building near the center of Heerlen. Easily accessible by public transport, and with the car, you can quickly reach various highways. In Heerlen, you will work with approximately 100 colleagues from the Tax and Accountancy departments.

This is your profile:

You are decisive and knowledgeable. You have a precise and professionally critical attitude, which gives you insight into the problems faced by entrepreneurs.

As an Assistant Accountant, you recognize yourself in the following profile:

  • 2 to 5 years of relevant work experience in accountancy;
  • Following the RA program or have the ambition to follow the RA program;
  • You have a professionally critical working attitude and an inventive and ambitious character;
  • You recognize yourself in our values: we prioritize quality over quantity, and you are socially involved.

This is what we offer you:

At RSM, you learn quickly, develop rapidly, and steer your career yourself. We offer you a challenging, motivating environment where you can develop optimally. RSM has the dynamics of a rapidly growing company, places a high value on the diversity and quality of its own professionals, and has a good working atmosphere. Additionally, we offer you good (employment) conditions, including:
