Are you an enthusiastic university (of applied sciences) student with an affinity for Excel and numbers, marketing, had analytic capabilities and a lot of creativity? We are looking for an entrepreneurial intern with relevant experience, a fluency in English and either Dutch or French and full-time availability for the duration of 6 months. As an intern you will be taken through the Intern Development Program (IDP), which will stimulate your personal development through various activities. In this 6-month internship you will get a clear view of the day-to-day activities within your field of interest, which will aid you in choosing a master program or future job. Additionally, you will have to opportunity to gain insight in other fields of your interest within our dynamic organization.
What will you do?
As part of the Category Management Team you will optimize product categories. You will be an intermediate between Marketing, Sales and Retail. Your responsibilities will include:
- Building a long-term strategy (both internally as well as externally) that will create the optimal category development based on analyses, trends, and consumer research.
- Monitoring market developments (what are the new trends, how do the different retailers present and distinguish themselves, how do the categories develop, etc.)
- Analyzing promotional activities of L’Oréal and our competitors.
- Optimizing the displays through display education and layout.

The compensation will be €1000 per month. You will also receive a full refund of transportation costs, paid holidays, and a laptop.
