One of our core target segments are suppliers/vendors - their success in the market will define our success. Your job will be to lead our supply-side operations efforts within our global operations team. Your role will focus on internal processes, global coordination, market positioning and cross-functional collaboration.

YOUR MENU: SUPPLIER BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT
Operational excellence: Your goal is to make our business development teams globally as efficient and effective as possible. You plan and implement processes, define KPIs, develop go-to-market strategies, create deep analytical insights and move all stakeholders towards a common goal. Your execution pushes the benchmark every day.
100% ownership: You will have full ownership of developing the supply-side function. We expect you to know the supplier landscape in all our global markets, have a deep understanding of the team’s performance and tackle challenges proactively.
The voice of suppliers: Your intimate understanding of the supplier’s needs as well as strategic market developments enable you to speak for suppliers in all internal decision making processes. From operations, BI, finance to product & tech - your answer on supplier topics will be relied upon.
Global collaboration: Building a great business cannot be done from an HQ alone. Your tight collaboration with and support of the regional supplier teams will be critical to your and the company’s success. Your success is defined by our success in our global markets.
THE INGREDIENTS YOU BRING TO THE TABLE
Planning to execution: You have 2+ years of experience in a high-growth startup, top-tier management consulting firm, investment banking, or similar. Your analytical mindset allows you to sketch out the perfect solution for optimal impact, bring on board all stakeholders and communicate effectively. You’re an executor at heart and have the clarity to keep your focus on the game-changers.
Cross-cultural team experience: You bring multiple years of experience of working in an international context with teams and clients from various cultural backgrounds. This enables you to show deep empathy and understanding for the regional teams. You are able to quickly grasp their needs, figure out fitting solutions and adjust to the environments we are operating in.
Vendor relationships: You have 2+ years of experience in B2B markets and ideally have done sales to SMEs and corporates alike. It’s a strong bonus if you have demonstrated sales success in the hospitality industry, food logistics & trading, agriculture or adjacent markets.
