About your role

• You support the strategic heads of InstaFreight in your daily business and work closely with the Management
• You take on your own projects and explore new possibilities to achieve your goals
•  You gain insight into all business areas of InstaFreight, which is indispensable for the planning, coordination and evaluation of new processes and structures
• You communicate with our customers and Partners
• You tackle problems, analyze them, and develop solutions on your own
• You are continuously working on the further development of our Young company and can move a lot with creativity and commitment

Requirement

• You are among the top 10% performers in your year and are studying marketing, business administration or economics
• You have already had the opportunity to gain practical experience through an internship / business study activity in the field of business development / corporate strategy
• You feel comfortable in the start-up environment and you can possibly imagine later to start something yourself
• You are happy to work with hands-on and your analytical skills will help you to work in a solution-oriented manner
• Your communication strength enables you to exchange information with your team as well as with external partners
• You speak English and German fluently
